In a power cut, the first question is not whether you have a power bank, but how long it will last. Enter the capacity and what you want to run from it, and you get the hours.

The calculation starts from the stored energy and deducts two losses: the converter's and the cold's. That is why, in practice, the result is lower than what you would work out in your head from the capacity printed on the box.
